FEDERAL PROSECUTIONS

Prosecution in Federal Courts require a unique skill set. The Federal Government only prosecutes the most serious offenses, and normally only prosecutes cases based on airtight investigations. Their resources are vast, and mounting a defense can often seem daunting. Our familiarity with the Federal system allows us to maximize resources, focusing on defense strategies aimed at obtaining results.

Our advocacy begins before indictment. We have been successful in helping clients avoid prosecutions or negotiate lesser charges. Even when there is little defense, we help our clients avoid mandatory and/or lengthy sentences. We have consistent success in convincing judges to depart from the standard sentence and show leniency in our client’s favor.

Although facing the Federal Government without a skillful attorney is daunting, our experience and knowledge levels the playing field.
